By accessing this website, the ANON application, or interacting with the ANON protocol on the Robinhood Chain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the protocol or the site.

ANON is a non custodial privacy protocol native to the Robinhood Chain. It uses zero knowledge proofs and a private pool to sever on chain linkage between deposit and withdrawal addresses.

The protocol is autonomous smart contract code. You interact with it directly through your own wallet. No party takes custody of your assets at any point.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ANON complies with the laws and regulations of every jurisdiction that applies to you, including tax, sanctions, and reporting obligations.

You must not use ANON if you are located in, or acting on behalf of any person located in, a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions list.

Nothing on this site or in the application constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Staking yields, KPIs, and any figures shown are informational and may change without notice. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value.

• Secure your private keys and seed phrase. Loss of keys is loss of funds.
• Verify addresses, contracts, and interfaces before signing any transaction.
• Do not attempt to use ANON for unlawful activity.
• Understand the anonymity set. Behavior before deposit or after withdrawal is outside protocol privacy guarantees.

Portions of ANON are offered as early access. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. Early access participants accept the elevated risk that comes with pre release software.

Trademarks, wordmarks, and site content are the property of the ANON Collective or its contributors. Protocol source code released under an open license is governed by that license.

Links to third party sites and integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The protocol, the application, and this site are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ANON Collective and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the protocol, the application, or this site.

These Terms may be updated as the protocol evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
